Hi, I’m Steph, a Personal Trainer and Mum of 2. My goal is to help you achieve your dream body! Whatever that may look like for you, I can help you build the habits and workouts to get you to your goal. No matter what age or stage of life you are in, I am here to support you.
I have additional qualifications and experience in prenatal and postpartum training. I offer mobile 1:1 sessions and small group training in Northern Melbourne.
