I actually had begun my personal training process with another organization when by happenstance I had a conversation with the head of the largest and most respected athletic centers in Central Florida (before I moved to Kentucky). He told me about the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and upon further research, I knew I had to change paths despite the time and money I had invested.
